Refund and Returns Policy

At Hamza Typing, we strive to provide reliable visa and travel services. However, since our work involves government fees, application submissions, and third-party services, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Non-Refundable Services

  • Visa application fees paid to embassies, consulates, or government authorities are non-refundable, even if the application is rejected.
  • Service charges for consultation, document preparation, or processing are also non-refundable once the work has started.

2. Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be considered if:

  • The service has not yet been initiated by our team.
  • A payment was made in error (duplicate transactions).
  • We are unable to deliver the service due to our own technical or operational issue.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel before submission of documents, only unused service charges (if any) may be refunded.
  • After submission to authorities, no refunds can be issued.

4. Tour & Travel Packages

  • Refunds for tours or bookings depend on the terms of airlines, hotels, and partners. We will inform you of their refund/cancellation policies at the time of booking.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per supplier rules.

5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
